This past weekend, Denver Sister Cities International was thrilled to participate in Future Fest, a dynamic event aimed at empowering future leaders from grades K-12. The festival featured a series of engaging activities, including a ‘Meet the Mayor’ session, a youth Pitch Competition, and a Performing Arts Showcase, each highlighting the talents and creativity of our local youth.
One of the standout events was the ‘Be the Change’ Design Competition, where participants devised solutions to community issues, showcasing their potential to drive real change. Throughout the day, our booth provided insights into our global initiatives and the benefits of international connections.
