Denver Sister Cities International (DSCI) connects Denver with a global network of communities through friendship, cultural exchange, education, and service. Since the 1950s, Denver’s program has grown into one of the nation’s most active sister city networks, engaging residents through meaningful partnerships across four continents.

Our mission is to promote peace through mutual respect, understanding, and cooperation via cultural, educational, and economic endeavors.
What DSCI Does
Denver Sister Cities International creates opportunities for people in Denver and our sister cities to learn from one another through cultural programs, educational exchange, civic engagement, and community partnerships.
Our committees organize events, host visiting delegations, support youth leadership opportunities, and help build long-term relationships that strengthen mutual understanding across cultures.
Citizen Diplomacy
Volunteer-led committees sustain long-term relationships, welcome visiting delegations, and build culturally informed collaboration across communities.
Community Resource
We work with government, schools, nonprofits, and businesses to expand international programming and strengthen Denver’s global civic connections.
